1. Product

GMM Hub Visibility provides web software for AI search visibility monitoring. The product lets business users configure prompt sets, run sampled AI answer scans, compare competitor mentions, classify source types, and export dashboard evidence.

2. Eligibility and acceptable use

The product is intended for business use. You agree not to use it for unlawful activity, prohibited products, misleading claims, spam, harassment, or unauthorized collection of private data.

3. Account and data input

You are responsible for the accuracy of brand, market, category, prompt, and competitor inputs added to the software. Output quality depends on those inputs and on publicly available information.

4. No guarantees

Dashboard outputs are based on sampled AI answers and public information available at the time of review. We do not guarantee search rankings, traffic, revenue, client acquisition, advertising performance, or future AI model behavior.

5. Payments

Payment is required for paid software access unless otherwise agreed in writing. Prices are shown in USD unless stated otherwise. Taxes, processor fees, and currency conversion may vary depending on the payment provider and customer location.

6. Exports and product output

Paid users may export dashboard snapshots, CSV evidence, and shareable report pages produced by the software. You may not resell, copy, or publish our product interface, templates, methods, or internal materials as a standalone competing product without written permission.

7. Confidentiality

We do not publish customer, brand, or workspace names as samples without permission. We do not require private customer account credentials to operate the visibility monitoring product.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the product is provided as-is and our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific subscription period giving rise to the claim.
