Minimal data, clear access, timestamped evidence.
GMM Hub Visibility is designed to monitor public AI answer behavior using user-provided brand inputs. It does not require access to customer ad accounts, analytics accounts, search consoles, social accounts, or third-party credentials.
Account access
Authentication is handled with Clerk. Users sign in to access private workspace areas, and public sample workspaces do not expose private customer data.
Data used for scans
- Brand name, website, market, category, language, and competitors.
- User-provided prompt sets or generated prompt categories.
- Captured answer observations from selected AI answer engines.
- Timestamped prompt, model, answer excerpt, mentions, and source notes.
Data not required
- No ad account credentials.
- No analytics or search console credentials.
- No social account passwords.
- No customer payment credentials stored by the app.
Product limits
AI answer observations can vary by model, time, location, prompt wording, personalization, and source availability. Stored evidence is a scan-time observation, not a guarantee of future model behavior.
