Subscription access
Paid plans provide access to GMM Hub Visibility software features, including dashboards, saved scan configuration, AI answer scan output, CSV export, and shareable report pages.
Refunds before first use
If you paid but have not used the software to run scans or generate exports, you may request a refund by contacting [email protected].
Access issue
If a paid account cannot access the software because of a product-side issue that we cannot resolve within a reasonable period, you may request a refund for the affected subscription period.
Generated outputs
Once the software has been used to run scans or generate exports, payments are generally non-refundable unless required by law or unless there was a product-side failure.
No outcome-based refunds
We do not provide refunds based on ranking changes, traffic, revenue, customer decisions, future AI model behavior, or whether a user acts on exported product data.
