Methodology
Observable AI answer scans with clear limits.
GMM Hub Visibility is monitoring software. It captures selected AI answer observations at scan time so teams can inspect how brands, competitors, and cited sources appear across defined prompts.
How a scan works
Prompts are grouped by buyer intent, such as discovery, comparison, alternatives, local intent, pricing, and trust questions.
Scans run against selected AI answer engines available to the workspace. Coverage is explicit and may change by plan or provider availability.
Each result stores the exact prompt, model, timestamp, answer excerpt, observed brand mentions, competitors, and cited sources when available.
The product calculates directional signals such as mention rate, competitor share, prompt coverage, missing prompts, and source patterns.
Exports package the observed evidence, summary metrics, competitor table, source notes, and limitations into a shareable workspace view.
What a scan can show
- Whether a tracked brand appears in selected prompt responses.
- Which competitors are repeatedly mentioned or surfaced.
- Which prompts appear missing, contested, or competitor-led.
- Which sources are cited or referenced when the model provides them.
- How scan results change across saved prompt sets over time.
What a scan cannot guarantee
- It cannot guarantee future model behavior or placement.
- It cannot guarantee rankings, traffic, leads, sales, or revenue.
- It does not represent complete coverage of every AI system.
- It does not manipulate, control, or directly change AI responses.
Data and account access
The product uses public queries and user-provided brand inputs. It does not require access to customer ad accounts, analytics accounts, search consoles, social accounts, or third-party credentials.
