Early-access billing is intentionally manual. The goal is to avoid charging bad-fit customers and to keep each workspace tied to clear software limits before payment.

01Scope acceptedConfirm brand, website, market, category, language, competitors, engines, prompt count, export type, and delivery window.

02Payment method selectedUse a trusted payment processor or invoice flow available to the operator. Do not request card details by email.

03Payment link sentSend the payment link with scope, price, refund policy, terms, and expected delivery steps.

04Payment confirmedMark the workspace as paid in admin before any production scan starts.

05Inputs lockedFreeze the first-run inputs so the customer and operator are aligned.

06Delivery loggedAttach the export/workspace URL and mark export delivered in admin.

Payment disclosures

The public request form does not collect payments.
Payment is requested only after a workspace scope is accepted.
Prices are shown in USD unless otherwise stated.
Taxes, currency conversion, processor fees, or local reporting obligations may vary by customer and operator location.
Customers should not send payment credentials by email.
Refund handling follows the published refund policy.

Invoice and fiscal handling

Current stateEarly access uses manual payment links or invoices after scope approval.

Customer recordStore business name, contact email, scope, payment status, payment link, and export URL in admin.

Receipt/fiscal noteIf the buyer needs a formal invoice or tax receipt, confirm requirements before accepting payment.

Unsupported requestsReject requests that require regulated payment services, guaranteed outcomes, or unsupported categories.

Cancellation and downgrade handling

Beta workspaceOne-time beta workspaces can be cancelled before payment or before production scan starts.

Monthly plansMonthly monitoring can be cancelled before the next billing period. Access remains active through the paid period unless otherwise required.

DowngradesDowngrades apply to future periods and may reduce tracked brands, prompt volume, scan cadence, and exports.

Delivered exportsAlready generated scan outputs and exports are handled under the refund policy, not as outcome-based refunds.

Enterprise and procurement handling

Procurement contactConfirm the legal buyer name, billing email, tax or invoice requirements, and workspace owner before payment.

Security reviewShare the security, privacy, methodology, terms, refund policy, and billing operations pages before collecting payment.

Custom scopeDocument brands, markets, competitors, engines, prompt volume, scan cadence, export limits, and delivery dates.

No hidden checkoutIf the scope requires custom terms, send a written confirmation before any payment link.

Acceptable use summary

Do not use the product for unlawful activity, deception, harassment, spam, or unauthorized private data collection.
Do not sell exported observations as guaranteed placement, ranking, traffic, revenue, or professional advice.
Do not submit brands or categories that require regulated claims we cannot verify or safely monitor.
Do not request payment processing, money transmission, or merchant-of-record services from GMM Hub Visibility.

Unsupported categories

Guaranteed AI placementRequests to force, buy, or guarantee AI answer placement are rejected.

High-risk regulated claimsMedical, financial, legal, or other regulated claims may be rejected when evidence could be misleading.

Payment servicesThe product does not provide payment facilitation, money transmission, or merchant-of-record services.

Private credential monitoringThe beta product does not log into customer ad, analytics, search console, or social accounts.

Deceptive outreachSpam, impersonation, harassment, or misleading lead generation use cases are rejected.

Outcome-only buyersCustomers seeking guaranteed traffic, rankings, leads, or revenue are not a fit.
